BLUE CHEESE, HONEY & TOASTED WALNUTS

INGREDIENTS
1 wedge of good quality blue cheese
1/4 cup honey (we prefer a rich dark honey like our Manuka MGO 100+)
1 cup raw walnuts
METHOD
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C / 350°F.
2. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Spread walnuts in a single layer on the tray and bake in the oven for approximately 8 minutes or until lightly brown. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
3. Slice your wedge of blue cheese into several smaller wedges and arrange on your cheese board.
4. Scatter walnuts over the wedges of cheese.
5. Generously drizzle honey all over the cheese and walnuts. Enjoy!
